To allow us to welcome you in the best possible conditions, online booking is strongly recommended.
On the day of your visit, remember to bring your e-ticket and your subscription card, if you are a member.

One ticket, all exhibitions

Plan your visit and choose the time slots of our activities according to your preferences!

Access every 30 minutes to permanent and temporary exhibitions (excluding Cité des enfants)

Some spaces require a reservation, so remember to add them to your ticket. These include:

the Planetarium

⚠️ Reservations are required. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the session.
the Argonaute submarine

Understand the daily life of a crew of 40 men
the Metamorphoses exhibition (6/11 years old)

New exhibition specially designed for children aged 6 to 11.
All temporary and permanent exhibitions

The Chauvet Cave, Dance, Space mission, all our animations etc. ⚠️ Cité des enfants not included.

The great children's party is back! Scientific experiments, art workshops and a dance party to round things off: get ready for a day of discovery and fun on every floor of the Cité! It's a unique opportunity for kids and adults to have fun and learn at the same time.

A single ticket gives you access to all our areas: Cité des enfants 2/7 ans 👧, exhibitions, planetarium 🌟, ‘Argonaute’ submarine 🌊 and all the weekend's special events 🎉

I haven't received a payment confirmation, what should I do?

The payment may not have been completed, has not been validated or has not been authorized. If you have any doubts about the status of your payment, contact us at contactbilletterie(at)universcience.fr, so that we can carry out the necessary research.

As a person with a disability, I benefit from free admission. What should I do?

You can book directly online by selecting "Person with a disability" in the list of free rates. The control of your supporting documents will be done directly on site at the time of the ticket control.

Can I visit with a pushchair?

We recommend that you leave it in the locker room to avoid cluttering the spaces.
You will also find pushchair parking spaces in the exhibition spaces located on levels 1 and 2.
